Kathy Finn is a licensed real estate agent who has been Dave Perry-Miller’s very able assistant for 14 years. Kathy holds a B.A. in History from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs, and a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Texas in Austin. Her degree in library and information science prepared her well to manage the information and details associated with real estate transactions. Being able to “catalog” and readily retrieve information relating to listings and sales is vital to a smooth transaction. Kathy truly enjoys working with files and contracts. Her primary job duties include drafting of all paperwork, keeping files current, keeping track of critical dates, and scheduling and showing Dave Perry-Miller’s personal listings. Kathy also manages Dave Perry-Miller’s busy schedule and much of his communication. She has lived in Preston Hollow for 25 years and raised a family in the Dallas neighborhood. Kathy’s hobbies include gardening, yoga, and her Pembroke Welsh corgi, Ruby. Recently she has developed a previously unrealized interest in football since her husband is an avid fan!
