Betsie Sears, a licensed real estate agent, has assisted Dave Perry-Miller with Client Relations and Business Development for the past three years. Betsie also handles all charitable contributions for Dave Perry-Miller & Associates. She met Dave when she purchased her current home in 1998. “Dave did such a fantastic job, including meeting us at the office at 10 p.m. to get our signatures. Dave went above and beyond. We became good friends after that.” Betsie grew up in Old Preston Hollow. She is a graduate of Hockaday School and Vanderbilt University, where she earned a B.S. in Human Development and a minor in Art History. After graduating from Vanderbilt, she worked as an analyst for Bon Terre Residential, a subsidiary of Hunt Consolidated. Betsie enjoys tennis, cooking, traveling and reading and is actively involved with her children’s schools.
